Very professional and very knowledgeable about all the procedures. Made the course fun and easy to follow along. He was able to make the environment very welcoming and inviting and always asking if there was something I don’t understand or if there was anything we can go back and review.during every skills practice he would show us a more easier and efficient way on handling a certain situation. I would highly recommend it for those who are trying to get their recertifications done! You won’t regret it.
